Ruishang has a production area of nearly 5,000 square meters, and currently employs nearly 100 people. It has 6 SMT high-speed patch production lines such as Sony, Yamaha, Fuji, and Yankee, more than 10 semi-automatic wire bonding equipment, and 3 automatic dispensers. 5 fast baking equipment, 12 injection molding machines and multiple semi-automatic LED light strip production lines and 1 silicone extrusion line.
The LED epoxy resin module has a daily production capacity of 300,000, the LED injection molding module has a daily production capacity of 120,000, and the LED soft and hard light strip has a daily capacity of 30,000 meters.
Ruishang has its own laboratory, product development engineer team and complete quality inspection department.
The products have passed the tests of RoHS and CE.
